Banking Disclosures

Mortgage & Loan Disclosures

Mortgage lending powered by Partner Bank. All mortgage and loan products are subject to credit approval. Interest rates, annual percentage rates (APR), and loan terms vary based on creditworthiness, loan amount, loan-to-value ratio, and other factors. Interest rates and program terms are subject to change without notice.

VA Loans are guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Eligibility requirements must be met. The VA does not make loans directly. Partner Bank is an approved VA lender. VA funding fees may apply.

Insurance Disclosures

All Insurance products (home, auto, life, health, pet, home warranty, etc) and Business services (Payroll, CC Processing, Group Benefits, etc) are offered through The VWM Team, LLC. Some of these products offered by The VWM Team are white labeled products from partnering businesses. The VWM Team, LLC is not a lender, an insurance provider, nor a filing service.

Insurance products and services are not FDIC insured, not bank guaranteed, and may lose value. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the applicable insurance policy. Not all products are available in all states. Rates vary based on individual risk factors, coverage selections, and state requirements.

All Insurance products are subject to state availability, issue limitations and contractual terms and conditions. Each company has sole financial responsibility for its own products. Property and casualty insurance underwritten by various carriers and is available only to persons eligible for group membership. Coverages subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.

Pet Health Insurance is administered by various providers and underwritten by licensed insurance companies. Coverage is subject to policy terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, underwriting review, and approval, and may not be available for all risks or in all states.

Membership Terms

Use of the term "member" refers to membership in The Veteran Alliance and does not convey any legal or ownership rights in The Veteran Alliance or The VWM Team, LLC. Restrictions apply and are subject to change.

To join The Veteran Alliance, separated military personnel must have received a discharge type of Honorable or General Under Honorable Conditions. Eligible family members may also join The Veteran Alliance. The Veteran Alliance does require that members open and maintain qualifying accounts, products, or services to initiate and maintain membership.
